This was a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived at the class. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the chef and poured a glass of prosecco. We cooked 2 pastas, tiramisu, and some apps. During diner we got to taste 3 different wines. The food was phenomenal but the experience was made by chef Alexandria. She was informative, friendly, and really made the experience for us. Would recommend this class for anyone!

This was the highlight of our trip. The venue, the instructors (Gaia is amazing), and the food were all fantastic. They accommodated dietary restrictions too.

Amazing experience in the most beautiful setting possible. Our teacher Gaia was so nice, friendly, and guided us in making some amazing dishes that we will recreate at home.

What a fun cooking class! Our instructor was Gaia and what a fun time! We made tagliatelle with sausage ragu, ravioli stuffed with pumpkin/potato in butter sage, and then finally tiramisu. We all had so much fun and Gaia gave us tips for when we get home and are making these dishes. We enjoyed eating our meal paired with Castello Tricerchi wines overlooking the winery vineyards. The pasta was so tender and honestly easier to make than you would think! The class from start to finish was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the Montalcino area!

My husband and I and another couple first had a short tour of the winery with Alice - very interesting and enjoyable. Then we met our cooking instructor Gaia. We made pastry tarts with cream filling, pumpkin/potato/Parmesan ravioli, and tagliatelle with sausage ragu. Gaia also made bruschetta with different combinations of tomatoes, meats and cheeses. These were paired with different wines from the vineyard. The food was so delicious and the wine made everything taste even better. Gaia was a perfect host and instructor. She was so informative and helpful and very fun! It really was a perfect day and experience!!

I highly recommend the Tours of Tuscany cooking class! We booked 2 classes during our recent Tuscan vacation with friends and family. One class was in our rented villa with 6 adults and 3 young children. The other class was at the spectacular Castello Tricerchi Winery with 6 adults. Both classes were fantastic and our instructors, Alexandra and Gaia, have great personalities and are very talented chefs. They were also terrific with the children. These classes were informative, lots of fun, and we got to eat the fruits of our labor...yum!

We were excited to attend a genuine and intimate Tuscan cooking class and this one did not disappoint! Our instructor, Gaya, was very welcoming and engaging by sharing her passion and journey to create authentic Tuscan meals passed down from her grandma. Not only were the dishes absolutely delicious but Gaya made sure that the process and dishes can be easily replicated once we arrived back home. This experience easily deserves a 5+ stars - HIGHLY recommend!!

If you are looking for a fun and memorable Tuscan cooking class, you have found it! We came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and had so much fun learning how to make handmade pasta, delicious, tiramisu, and of course - perfect wine pairings. Alexandra, who was our teacher and guide, was so funny and warm. She created an environment that was communal, inviting, and taught us some valuable techniques. Imagine making the postcards come to life with a breathtaking view of Tuscany while you kneed fresh pasta dough. The renaissance era Castle turned winery in the Montalcino region has a classic charm. The dynamic of the cooking class with the wine pairing creates a unique compliment to one another, to get to know the personality of each of these wines. We couldn’t help but ship a case of the wine back home to share with our family for years to come. Niccolò and Alexandra were so gracious and hospitable from start to finish! If you are looking to cross something special off your bucket list, I can’t recommend this experience enough; it’s a memory we will cherish forever.
