Here you will finally meet with a local chef, and thanks to him learn about the secrets of our cooking, the basic ingredients of our tradition, and the magical way in which we combine them. From bruschetta to homemade italian pasta, you will bring home a bit of “Tuscanness” to your table. Learn to make this delicious food and then take home what you learned and show it off to your friends and family. Fall in love with Tuscany through its food.

This was so much fun! My husband even says he now wants to have date nights and cook fresh pasta at home (while drinking Italian Chianti Classico, of course). Would highly recommend this experience. Everything from the food, to the location, was perfect.

This experience was absolutely our favorite! Chef Simone is incredibly welcoming. He teaches you how to make delicious pasta as well as tiramisu. Then at the end you get to sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal of the food you created. Thank you, Chef Simone’!

Our family of 4 (including two teens) absolutely loved this experience. We learned to make tortellini and tiramisu, we laughed a lot and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of Simone. The entire experience was peaceful and relaxing and the food was spectacular. Everyone should cook with Simone!
