In just 34 minutes of air-conditioned comfort at the National Geographic Visitor Center, you will discover a Grand Canyon that would normally take a lifetime to experience. The Grand Canyon IMAX movie opens with the beginning of man’s fragile kinship with the twisting 277-mile (455-km) Grand Canyon. It then takes you through time, showing you glimpses of human history. Tickets may be used at any show time

4.00Great option before you enter the park. You will learn about the formation of the canyon and the natives and explorers who traveled it. The park entrance is just 10 mins away. Worth the stop and lots of food and souvenir options that you won’t find in the parks

4.00The show was great. Very informative about the Grand Canyon. Watch your receipts!! I think I was charged twice. I purchased tickets online for $30. They gave me a receipt at the theater for $22. The $30 did process my bank, but haven't seen the other yet.

5.00Very enjoyable experience. Brought perspective and context to the Grand Canyon I had not been exposed to in the past. Staff were exceedingly professional and helpful. The shows are on the “half/hour”, I.e. 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, etc. Try to get in line early, best seats are in the middle of the middle of the theater!
