It is a fun boat ride with lots to see. Very interesting. It was an hour long and they were on time.

Just ok. We were not told to take the stroppewaffel. Luckily, my daughter spotted that others had them... bit unwelcoming feel. The audio was not up to date.

Super if you go alone, I went before my hour and since there was room they let me on the boat that left earlier and the captain very friendly.

Nice calm, friendly experience, we enjoyed it, very nice. Worth the money. FYI it says look for the stormma stand but it isn’t clearly signed so we was walking up and down but had got there early and found it by asking.

It is advertised at the entrance large with 14,50€ price. In fact it costs 16,50€ !!! The tour lasts only 45 minutes instead of 1 hour! The driver “Captain” never spoke a single word to anyone. The most important photo motif with the 7 bridges was passed quickly although the band announcement said “The driver drives extra slower” Dangers on 07.8.25 at 10:10 am

Overall very average. It felt like the tour was on autopilot. There was nothing to complain about the tour but it did not stand out in any way. There was snack promised in the package and nobody offered a snack until we asked for it at the end of the tour

It was a good experience. Unfortunately there are a group of people that talking each other loudly, that makes it hard to listen the audio guide. We chose this cruise because of no drink / beer included and we think that will be quiet and enjoyable ride. Hopefully there is a policy to keep down the noise.

First, when I showed up to board I was told I was in the wrong place. I had to prove to them I was at the address on my ticket. Then they didn't accept my Viator ticket until I complained. By that time all the window seats on the boat were taken - very hard to see anything if you have an aisle seat. When I did this tour it was advertised as having a free drink, which was a lie. Perhaps they will be better at giving out the stroopwafels. Finally, boat pilot also crashed into the side of pier 3 times at the end of the tour. I would recommend not pre-booking one of these, but rather showing up the pier when you have time in your schedule. They leave all the time and I think the price is better.

Make sure you book correctly when you scan the QR code to pre-order tickets. We picked wrong and didn't get what we wanted, even when we scan the ar-code on the pier for open boat. The staff were also not helpful and not so friendly. The guide on the tour, however, was good, although it was not the boat we wanted to take.

Ricky was amazing and knowledgeable, with a touch of humor to add to his professionalism. I highly recommend the sunset sailing with Ricky. Gratuities are always a nice way to show your appreciation. I am writing this 3 months late because I forgot, and he was that memorable.
