Centraal Station

1.00Wouldn't recommend.. it was terrible loads of tables free but us with another couple felt awkward did ask could we move got told no wait for other people the a couple last minute got on and put th3m on a table.. felt really uncomfortable and didn't enjoy for the amount of money paid.. wouldn't recommend please do your research The driver though outstanding so funny

2.00We have done a pizza canal cruise with another company a few years ago. It was fun, lots of history and many stories about Amsterdam. This tour guide was focused on the music he was playing, which was very distracting and loud, and his lame jokes. He thought he was being funny, but he was NOT. We heard very little about the history of Amsterdam, had few landmarks pointed out along the way, and very few stories about the city. Such a disappointment. We expected the pizza to not be the best, based on past experience, but wanted the fun of the canal cruise again with more history. Every tour guide will typically have their favorites so you hear different things. We were hugely disappointed! We normally would leave a tip, but didn’t this time. That says it all. Don’t waste your money unless you want a cruise and pizza with loud music, then this is for you. We will not do this again when we return to the city next year.

1.00Meeting point was incorrect. Showed my online viator ticket to three different employees. Was told where to go and what line to stand in. After 25 mins I found out we were in the wrong line for the one hour canal cruise and not the pizza cruise. Pizza had very little sauce or pepperoni. Service was slow and we had to ask for drinks in 94 degree weather. Captain was great.

2.00Meeting place was incorrect on ticket. Asked where to go told go to orange flags several blocks away. Showed ticket at orange building. Told go to next building and go downstairs. Noticed other people had different tours. We got out of line and asked. Told to go upstairs to get a table assignment and wait there. Once on board at our table we had a bucket of drinks all warm. We didn’t care for any of the selection in our bucket. We were finally able to order something different. The new drinks were very warm. So we ordered water. Pizzas was not warm.

2.00The boat was fine, with like the pizza and the guys who served tried really hard, but our captain was really awful. He had this “joke” where he repeated the same thing all the time, an “ohhhhh” as if he had just said something outrageous. With a huge, forced Dutch fake accent, people stopped laughing after the second time. Very annoying and atmosphere setting, would not recommend.
