4.00Booked approx 6 weeks ago as a treat for us in Amsterdam. Received a message 3 weeks ago to say the 15.00 we were booked on had been cancelled and we could pick either the 13.15 or 17.00. I opted for the 13.15 . We arrived in plenty of time , miserable weather raining , my Mum cannot walk particularly well . Only to find to my dismay that they had changed the times again but not communicated it back to me. Therefore the 13.15 was now cancelled but the 15.00 was going ahead. I was extremely disappointed with this. The manager was very pleasant and apologetic for the mix up. I said at the very least a free drink so we could rest and get shelter from the rain. This , he granted !!! But it did put us behind in our schedule of Amsterdam as it is based on the other side of the river. Cruise itself was lovely . Most enjoyable

3.00There was a very loud annoying lady that wouldn't be quite and the captain did not tell her to be quite and it was hard to hear what the captain was saying. Also, we signed up for an English tour and most of the tour was not in English but mostly in Dutch....Other than those issues it was a good tour.

5.00The weather wasn't great, so the covered boat was appreciated! Also the Tour was super interesting and really funny! We really enjoyed the whole experience and loved it wasn't commercial and unique feeling! Also there is toilet which was great for my toddler!
