Anne Frank House
The Anne Frank House (Dutch: Anne Frank Huis) is a writer's house and biographical museum dedicated to Jewish wartime diarist Anne Frank. The building is located on a canal called the Prinsengracht, close to the Westerkerk, in central Amsterdam in the Netherlands. During World War II, Anne Frank hid from Nazi persecution with her family and four other people in hidden rooms at the rear of the 17th-century canal house, known as the Secret Annex (Dutch: Achterhuis). She did not survive the war but her wartime diary was published in 1947. Ten years later the Anne Frank Foundation was established to protect the property from developers who wanted to demolish the block

Last minute booking that I was able to get & glad I went on this cruise. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the relaxed vibe on the boat, not crowded with a whole row to myself & unobstructed views through all the windows & glass ceiling. The tour guide was great, had a lot of great info & also recommendations for additional things to do & see around Amsterdam that I hadnt seen online or social media or read about. In 90 minutes I was able to see everything I wanted to see but didnt have time to walk to in my two day visit. It also helped that the day was sunny which made the experience even more enjoyable! The pickup location right next to the Anne Frank museum was very convenient as I had just visited the museum and it is central to most places to see. I would highly recommend this tour!

This boat cruise was fantastic even in the cold windy weather. We enjoyed the tour guide and the boat was great with the option to stay inside or outside.

We use this company with the I Amsterdam city card of 24hs. We activated the card (in the presence and with the indication of the employee who was checking in on the boat) for the boat trip that initially would be for 17h; later we were informed that this trip would not exist and that it would only be for 17:30h. At that time, we were again informed that after all, the boat that departed at that time was a "special" boat, which we could not board, and there would only be a boat trip at 18h... since the pass has already been scanned, and the use of the respective ticket, it would not be possible to try again to use to acquire a trip on another company; there was no attempt to facilitate, nor any understanding in what the change of time could affect. When a solution was requested, it was only proposed to send an email to the I Amsterdam city card Enterprise so that this Enterprise would resolve the situation (without any guarantee of a timely response). In short: an extremely amateur approach, with zero responsibility on the part of employees (who should know the right information from the start).

Very relaxing and is wonderful to see all the beautiful architecture and the canals. A must do. Another must do the Anne Frank House. Get tickets ahead of time since there are non available the same day. We took this tour in front of Anne Frank’s house and visited the museum the next day. A must see!

Good thing we booked in advance. Neatly received by the stewards a signal that we were one of the first to enter and also taking the stroller with chassis went fine. Glad we chose the closed boat because of the bad weather had a great trip with clear explanations. It's worth repeating!

Pleasant relaxing hour touring the canals. Shame about the rain. Commentary could do with being clearer but overall a positive experience

The tour operator was accommodating so we could leave 30 minutes earlier. The staff and boat captain were helpful and friendly. The canal tour was extensive and included many beautiful and historic sites, over 1 hour time. You could keep windows open or closed (weather dependent). There was audio provided in English and the captain also provided more information at times. The other customers talked a bit too much at times, making it occasionally harder to hear but the staff asked everyone to be considerate of others listening.
