3.00Canal trip was good, light festive is not very few. Boat was full. Boat captain and guid were knowledgeable. Day trip would give you better idea about canal.

4.00I really enjoyed this experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and told us some really cool stuff about the city of Amsterdam and its architecture. He also had some nice remarks about how the lights symbolise different things which was nice. There was a a large number of people on the boat and the tour guide aswell as tour guiding was also distributing drinks so he worked very hard! There’s wasn’t much chatter or atmosphere on the boat and I think a little background music could add a bit of life. Wasn’t keen on the nuts as a snack and I wasn’t asked if I had any allergies but the lights were brilliant and I would recommend this activity.

5.00Absolutely wonderful tour experience! The boat was clean. The crew was kind and attentive. If you get the unlimited drinks package— you REALLY get unlimited drinks! I highly recommend this tour.

1.00I was so disappointed with this canal cruise 75€ for two with unlimited snacks and drinks. Although there was unlimited wine and cans of Heineken and Pepsi it was awkward trying to ask as the guy that was talking us through the entire lights experience had to be interrupted if you wanted a drink so most people didn’t bother there wasn’t someone there to make sure people had drinks and for the snacks it was a handful of dry mixed crackers. The seats were wet so when we got off the boat in freezing cold weather we were soaked through our pants. Although the skippers were lovely and great guides it was far from a luxury boat trip I would not book this again unfortunately I made the mistake of booking before I got to Amsterdam I would advise going down and having a look at all the boats before choosing which one because there are some luxury ones and you can book there and then.

5.00We had such a great experience. Tim was a fantastic host, with amazing knowledge of the city. He couldn’t have done any more for us and all the other guests. Drinks kept flowing, and some lovely nibbles. Sven was a superb skipper aswell, during a very busy time on the canals. This was such amazing value for money - I could not recommend more. The only small downside, was it took us a little while to find the location.

5.00This is highly recommended. We were on the boat with Roger and he really gave us a nice hour. We have both been to Amsterdam enough times, but he gave us so many fun and interesting facts, we got off the boat all excited and were genuinely sorry that the hour had passed. Are you in Amsterdam? Definitely go on this tour boat and then I hope for your sake Roger sails.
