That seating is inadequate and people in back can’t see out side windows due to advertisement placard on back windows….totally UNSAT and one reason I would not give a glowing endorsement ….only reason I am saying yes to recommending tour is Joan…she was outstanding

A terrible experience! I was seated in the back row next to a window that was almost totally covered on the exterior with an advertising decal so I was unable to see what was being described unless I bent into awkward positions to look through the cuts in the decal. The van was way too crowded! Seating was tighter than economy class on a plane and our row was so crammed I could not put on my seatbelt (Alaska law!) and had to sit in an awful angle and half on the permanent plastic armrest so I didn’t end up on top of the gentleman next to me. It was still too cosy for my comfort. I’ve ended up with a terrible crick in my neck (and I’m about to get on a red-eye tonight). The couple on the other side had the same experience. Joan was a great tour guide (the only reason for two star rating. It would be zero otherwise.) and although she sympathetic to the situation was unable to do anything. Shame on the operator for designing the seating this way. As with theater and airplane tickets they should offer discounts for these terrible seats! On a side note, there was a wheelchair user on the excursion and no place to put his wheelchair except by the sliding door with one of his party holding it in exit area. This can’t be safe and maybe the operator should make it clear if these tours cannot accommodate wheelchairs?

Toor is great but it is a small city. Dan was a great tour guide. Lots of info on restaurants and shopping.

Easy, slow paced and very interactive tour. Great stops where we were able to purchase items but didn’t feel obligated. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly and took her time.
