Thank you for the amazing trip to the Ranua zoo. Tirthankar was a great tour operator. His tour commentary was very informative and enjoyable. At the end of the tour he took us to a beautiful Finnish restaurant for lunch and food served was delicious. I would definitely recommend him for any trip.

Paul was a great driver, very friendly and well planned. You arrive so that you are through before the rush and the planned two hours are quite enough to see everything without stress. The zoo itself was a nice experience that I can highly recommend with a good build and satisfied looking animals. Thank you Paul!

We had an amazing experience on this tour! We were given plenty of time to explore the zoo and take photos at our own pace. The included lunch was delicious, and the beautiful lake surrounding the area was a lovely bonus. Our tour guide, Tirthankar Paul, was friendly, helpful, and punctual in picking us up. Communication with him was smooth and easy. Overall, it’s a highly recommended tour that’s definitely worth your time and money.

Despite ice, frost and snow, Paul drove us safely in the super warm tour bus to Ranua Resort. Despite many tourists at the ticket office, Paul quickly got us the tickets:) The path in the park is predetermined and scattered. You get a clear map, so you don't miss any of the animal enclosures. It was super exciting for us to be able to see animals, such as Arctic foxes, Arctic foxes, wolves, lynx, elk and co up close and in a beautiful snowy forest that provided atmosphere. The park route was just right in terms of length. It didn't take us quite two hours. There is also a cafe, restaurant, of course toilets and also a sweet shop. After the tour, Paul (always helpful and sympathetic) drove us to the buffet (there were Arctic Glass igloos to admire and the smaller restaurant offered a manageable buffet (coffee, water, salad, bread, reindeer, fish patties, potatoes, chips, olives, fried carrots, the latter totally enthused us:) The tour we can highly recommend that other tourists are also in larger groups with other guides but should be included (if that bothers you a lot, you should perhaps arrive directly at the opening time)

Loved our tour of Ranua Arctic Wildlife Park! We had such an amazing and fun time there! Paul was such a great guide — full of information, great humor, and really engaging. We learned a lot about the animals and their environment, and his enthusiasm made it even more special. Definitely recommend booking this tour with Paul!

Good length of visit, gentle pace to visit all the animals. Although it was a rainy day, I did see most kind of the animals. Happy to see both reindeer and polar bear at the same time. The tour guide is very kind and will give us any information we need.

Great trip. We did not have a car, so we booked this transportation included trip. Paul picked us up at our hotel and had a nice drive to the zoo discussing Finland along the way and stopping to view some roadside reindeer. We thought the zoo was a great in a natural setting that focused on artic wildlife of the area. It allowed us to walk through the woods in a natural setting unlike many zoos that spend a lot of time and money recreating a life like setting. We particularly enjoyed the owls, but the wolf feeding was also very interesting.
