Beware if you try to get into contact with either Viatore or the agent picking you up from the airport. We have been using Viator for many years and have never had a problem until now. Flight problems from USA to Athens delays etc.? No one to pick us up at 3 am had to go with local taxi. Trip from airport to hotel was paid in full but no call and no show. Not a happy camper.

The driver did not arrive, and the company was unreachable, both by phone and Viator chat. The phone number is now disconnected, and Viator is delaying issuing a refund. I think this company has gone out of business, but Viator is still booking them by mistake.
