I purchased 3 tickets costing AUS $129.33 to the Atlantis Lost Chambers Aquarium on the 9th October 2025. I arrived with my husband and excited 10 year old daughter (we are from Australia, and planned to visit the Chambers) on the 11th October 2025 to be told by the Atlantis worker that sorry the Lost Chambers Aquarium has been closed for 2 months under renovation. Viator debits my account (takes my money) knowing that the place is closed. The worker was kind to phone Viator while I was there disappointed, to be told that I need to email proof of purchase of the tickets which I did. He then advised me that Viator is not responsible as they act as a 3rd party. No one wants to take responsibility but happy to take your money for a venue that they are aware that is closed.
