4.00The ticket collection from the QR code queueing was a bit tedious and there seemed to be 3 queues filtering into 1 line. There is a ticket purchase desk within the Dubai Mall and it may have been better to show the QR code there to pick up tickets and then enter the queue for security and ticket check to get to the lift . The experience was a one-off but sky not really clear as the sunset. Rather smoggy from all the continued construction. Length of time on the viewing level of 124/125 was satisfactory. Ticket price as was expected. The structure and the story of it's construction is certainly a feat of engineering.

4.00The trip to the observation deck of the Burj Khalif was horrendous, queue after queue after queue! Get fast track if you can. The observation deck was amazing, the views across Dubai were incredible. We queued again to go back down. At the bottom there was no one available to show us where to go for our meal. We asked several people that worked there and finally a security guard took us to where we were meant to be. The meal was lovely, as where the views across Dubai fountains. There were three choices of each starter, main and dessert to choose from. The waiter was very polite and brought the food after asking if we were ready. Alcohol was available to purchase with the meal. Fabulous experience.

1.00Viator scammed us with this tour! THIS IS A SCAM! We had an 1100 ticket time but the line was so long that I almost passed out from hours of standing and waiting to get in. Neither the administrators at Burj Khalifa or Viator was concerned about the unreasonable conditions or lack of accommodation. AVOID THIS TOUR ON THIS APP AND ALL OTHERS! Stayed on phone with Viator and was put on hold and then “accidentally” hung up on! AVOID!!!

1.00The queue was of two and a half hours, too much people at once. The view was nice but it’s not worth to wait so much time in the line for 30-45 minutes at the top. We bought the tickets online.

1.00Awful, booked for 5.30 , queue was over 2 hours in hot corridors , they are trying to get more money by paying extra to jump the queue . Also no management , people jumping the queue. Herded like sheep into a small elevator. Then had to queue again to get down . Worst tourist attraction I have been on.

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS WITH VAITOR!!! When booking it asks you to select a time which I did for 8:30pm. A day before I recieve a message saying that the provider hadn’t booked the ticket in time and now the only options were 21:30 and 22:00. I had to cancel a dinner reservation that cost me £50. When approached viator refused both a refund on the experience or to give me the £50 I lost out on. Extremely poor service just book it on the burj website. I don’t know what commission Viator get but this is a complete scam!!!
