Access to the desired floor is according to option selected & paid during the booking.

5.00This was nice to see. It’s definitely worth going to the 148th floor, plus vip Lounge was relaxing. It gets crowded once you go down to 125th.. Directions getting from the Dubai mall wasn’t too bad. I asked as I was getting closer a few times just to make sure, because Dubai mall is huge

3.00The wait time is very long and it wasn't worth the price. They have limited elevators and the process wasn't that efficient to move large crowds of people. Be prepared to wait in long lines, both going up and coming down.

5.00We booked the visit for 10:00 am. It is probably the best time with literally no queue. Could take photos at leisure..! It was a bright sunny day and we had clear visibility. The lifts take us to the 124 th floor and we really liked the video within the lift, electrifying. It sells the mood..🤩. There are lots of photo opportunities. Booking via Viator is excellent. We got the vouchers by WhatsApp the day before itself for hassle free and relaxing experience. Just show the barcode at the reception. Make sure that you visit the 125th floor. The highlight was the guides, excellent sense of humor 🤓🤓

5.00We booked the VIP Burj Khalifa experience and it did not disappoint. Sure, it was expensive, but it was worth it to us to have the entire 154, 153 &152 floors to ourselves at 9am. By the time we went down to 125 & 124, it was extremely crowded, and we didn't enjoy the vibe there at all.
