What To Expect
Begin with pickup at your hotel in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, then travel to Mayan Jungle Rush, where your experience begins in a jungle setting. Start by soaring through the trees on a series of ziplines, then cross hanging bridges that challenge your balance while offering a unique view of the forest canopy. Return to the ground and trade your zipline harness for a ATV, then follow a guide down rugged jungle trails, bumping over rocks and roots surrounded by thick forest. Finish the day Yucatan style by cooling off in a cenote: you can zipline, cliff-jump, or take the stairs into the underground pool, which is part of a massive limestone cave system carved by freshwater. Return to base to refuel with a light snack (photos of the day are available for purchase), then make the return trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, where this tour concludes. 2.00Each activities was shorter than stated. Lots of time wasted at then end just standing around. As others stated, it’s just a pit to spend more money. They convince you that you need things from their shop for the activities. They try to get you to order extra food and tequila. Everyone needs tipped. Four wheeling was probably the only activity that was actually 30 mins long. Horseback riding was MAYBE 10 minutes and the horses are aggressive with each other. My tour was at 9:30am, they picked me up from my hotel at 7:05 and dropped me off at 3:30pm… for a 4 hour activity.

5.00David and Edwin were great tour guides. They joked around and made us feel very comfortable. Every moment of the adventure was a blast. I wish we had a little more time in the cenote, but when trying to fit everything into 4 hours, I understand the time crunch. Don’t skip the tequila tasting. My husband doesn’t drink at all, but still really enjoyed the flavors of the tequila. If we make it back to Cancun, we will definitely book this adventure again!

4.00Bring a towel, water shoes and bug spray. The adventures are well run, but very limited in terms of freedom. The activities were a bit rushed. It was a good experience but would likely look to have a more extended experience of each one.

1.00We booked this tour for a group of 13. While the tour itself was okay, two major issues significantly ruined the experience. First, upon arrival, we were hit with a mandatory $12 per person "insurance" fee. This was not disclosed during booking. Although the waiver form had an "I do not want insurance" option, the guide insisted it was compulsory and made everyone pay. This is a hidden fee and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Second, the return transportation was terribly mismanaged. After the tour is completed, we back to the gift shop and were told to wait 10 minutes for the van. After 30 minutes, we were let into the van, which had been sitting there idle. We were then told we had to wait for two more people. We sat in the van for another 20 minutes, for a total wait of 50 minutes, only to see it was for the same two-person group that arrived with us (one of whom, incidentally, had gotten injured on the tour). We would have understood a brief wait, but to keep 13 people captive for almost an hour without clear, upfront communication is unacceptable. Our time was completely disrespected. The core activity was fine, but the hidden mandatory fee and the extremely poor logistics on the return trip make this tour poor value. We cannot recommend it based on our experience.

4.00The tour itself was very good — a great mix of activities (ATV, ziplines, cenote, horseback riding), well organized on the day, and we felt safe and taken care of once everything started. The staff on site were professional, and overall the experience was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the communication the day before the tour caused unnecessary stress and nearly overshadowed what turned out to be a good experience. We had booked and paid extra for single ATVs, yet we were contacted by the operator and told our package only included one shared ATV, with a request for additional payment. Despite replying immediately to clarify that we had booked single ATVs, our message was read but not answered for several hours, which led us to worry that we would arrive and not receive what we had paid for. Had this been acknowledged promptly, we would not have been led to review Google feedback describing similar last-minute disputes over inclusions, nor felt the need to escalate the matter to Viator for clarification. Only later did the operator confirm via WhatsApp that we did indeed have single ATVs, which aligned with our booking. Once on site, the tour itself ran smoothly and was enjoyable. The experience would have been significantly improved with clearer, more timely pre-tour communication, as the activities themselves were very well executed

5.00It was great experience, our tour guides, David/Flash and Danny were very good. We had activities there for about 4 hours which includes 4 ziplines, ATV ride, horse riding and Cenote (for which extra admission/environment fees 25 USD were charged). But it was really a great experience. As I don't drink alcohol, and am vegetarian. I didn't try tequila but it could be nice, they give you the information about the process of tequila making and gives you a sample to drink for 5 different types/flavors of tequila. The quantity seems very small so don't worry you won't be tipsy after testing. The food had a vegetarian option but it was ok. It was just taco with some grated vegetables, no spices, no sauce nothing, it was just bland. But, I wasn't there for food so can't complain.
