5.00I drove up separately from the group, finding the place was very easy! Having a warm place to go into in between the searches for the northern lights was very convenient. The photographs we got were amazing!! Highly recommend booking this experience!!

5.00The location is a very good spot to see aurora. We were lucky to see a strong aurora show that lasted a couple of hours during the tour. The glass house is warm and relaxing. The floor-to-ceiling windows let you view aurora within. The service is great too. The guide helped setups of cameras and cell phones and took photos for everyone. It’s amazing experience, with a wonderful memory in Fairbanks!

3.00The Glass House was the perfect viewing spot and our driver and guide, Michael, was excellent. Of course the light display for each night is uncertain and we had accidentally seen an exquisite display the night before so the pretty much straight line display was not as exciting. Best part of this trip was Michael who was kind, patience, and knowledgeable. Some of the other guests were distracting.

5.00The tour guide she is very nice and professional. And the glass cabin is really warm and welcoming. They prepared nice furniture and hot drinks with snacks. It’s wonderful to enjoy the aurora moment. Good way to discover the nature power and self calming time

5.00This was a nice excursion with my wife having suffered a stroke and needing the use of a walker van as nice for transportation staff was helpful and attentive the house made it nice to stay warm and out of the wind so we could go out take pics and then go back in and get warm

2.00Driver spoke very little English and other than tell us where food and drinks were, not much else. Facility has way too much development around it now. May have good at one time but too many lights and traffic around it now.

5.00We were picked up by Michael at the time that he had told us. Drove to our destination and watched and waited for the lights. The place is set up great! There is an assortment of drinks, snacks, games, to keep you occupied while you wait. Michael was very helpful and nice. We did get to see a few colors, hoping for more, but regardless the night was beautiful! Lots of stars and the moon was bright! Would recommend

The Aurora Glass House at Cleary Summit is the perfect setting, with breathtaking panoramic windows that let you enjoy the lights in total comfort. Being able to stay warm inside with hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks made the wait cozy and relaxing, while stepping outside gave us an even more immersive view when the aurora appeared. Our guide was fantastic—quick to spot the lights and super helpful with photography tips, which made a huge difference in capturing the moment. The hotel pickup from Fairbanks was seamless and stress-free. Watching the aurora dance overhead from such a stunning, high-elevation lodge felt surreal. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-organized, and truly unforgettable aurora viewing experience.
