We had a knowledgeable guide. All the passengers were divided into three groups. One with english with kids, one with english with adults only and one spanish. We were with the kids tour. It felt like a school field trip. It made the tour really long considering it was cold and raining. We had small kids that were distracting the tour The other groups were able to shop and look around. The tour would be great if all had the same agenda.

We had a fantastic time on the Segovia/Avila tour! Our tour guide, Beatrice, was wonderful…knowledgeable, funny, and kept a large group in tact and on time throughout the entire trip. Highly recommend a day trip to escape Madrid for a day to see the beautiful architecture and history of the countryside.

Beatrice and Laura were amazing. We loved Segovia as well as Avila. Great information, good historical information, great personality. Each of the locations was just the right amount of time not too long. Would definitely do a tour with them again and request them.
