It is worth getting to know in depth the history of the ancient kingdom of Siam and the Buddhist religion.

I rarely write long reviews, but this experience with Sun Leisure World was frustrating enough that I feel other travelers should be warned — especially if you value clear communication, efficiency, and peace of mind while traveling. After booking and paying successfully for the tour online, I received no confirmation email — nothing to assure me that the booking went through. I had to initiate contact via their website, followed by WhatsApp to follow up, and that’s where the problems really began. The reply time was incredibly slow. I sent polite messages asking for confirmation and clarification, but often had to wait hours for a basic response. When I finally got a reply, they couldn’t locate my booking, even though I had already paid. I had to repeat details multiple times, and their responses were vague and often felt like they hadn’t even read my previous messages. This back-and-forth dragged on unnecessarily, wasting my time and causing stress, especially since I had limited days in Ayutthaya. At one point, I genuinely began to wonder if this was a scam or just a completely disorganized business. The whole booking process — which should have been simple — turned into a constant chase for answers. Even more confusing: the tour details on their site stated a 3:00 PM start, but later they asked me to confirm for 2:00 PM. Then, despite all that, I only received final confirmation ON the actual day of the tour at 13:18 — barely an hour before it was meant to begin. To make things worse, the meeting point was changed last-minute to a totally different location than originally agreed upon. At 14:05 (already past the supposed start time), I received a message from the tour guide saying she was waiting for me at a separate location — even though I had clearly arranged for hotel pickup. At the end, with the help of the hotel staff, tuktuk came and picked us up and had to rush to meet her, which made the whole experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. Despite all this, I want to clearly say: the tour guide herself was excellent. She was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to make the tour enjoyable after such a rough start. It was obvious that she was not the problem — she was simply trying to deliver a good experience while the management behind the scenes was a complete mess. This company clearly lacks proper coordination, and it felt like non-local management is trying to run things remotely, relying on local Thai guides to fix their disorganization and communication failures. In the end, the tour itself was lovely — thanks entirely to the guide — but the experience leading up to it was exhausting, time-wasting, and unnecessarily stressful. I would not book with Sun Leisure World again, and I wouldn’t recommend them unless they seriously improve their communication, booking process, and internal coordination.

Mr Ken our guide was helpful, friendly and full of interesting facts about the places we saw. The temples were amazing and arriving at the last temple by boat was incredible.

That spectacular experience, the only thing I give you is that you put with Spanish guide and it wasn't... but it doesn't matter that it was in English because the guide made it phenomenal.

Reliable, informative, caring, observant: this was our favorite tour in Bangkok.. Mr Kim ensured that we had a very informative history and religious lesson along with observing when we were getting too hot by providing cold water or seeing that there was a rain about to happen and ensuring we had the most of our tour without experiencing a downpour of Thai rain.

The Ayutthaya temple tour was an incredible experience, offering a perfect blend of history and beauty. Exploring the ancient ruins of this UNESCO World Heritage site was truly captivating. One of the highlights of this tour though, was the amazing boat ride along the river that provided stunning views of the temples from the water. It’s a must-do for anyone visiting Thailand—I highly recommend it!

Interesting place to visit and our guide tried to explain the significance of the site but we did struggle to understand. This might be helped by written literature. Boat ride and dinner was enjoyable.
