What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

5.00Our driver Jerry was excellent. He was on time, professional, friendly and patient! There was 6 of us and 14 pieces of luggage (2 of which were golf bags) and had to wait over 45 minutes for ALL the luggage to arrive due to airline delays and Jerry just smiled and kept us entertained regarding all the beautiful places to see in Bali. Most importantly, Jerry drove very safe which is saying a lot in Bali traffic!
