5.00Excellent service with great communication. The driver was waiting for us in the throng of drivers at the airport exit but he had texted a photo of the name sign so I knew what I was looking for. When we were a bit late coming out of the terminal the driver waited patiently even though by then it was getting very late. Drive to the airport was smooth and safe. Would recommend

5.00Seamless! Our driver was waiting for us at 1:30am with my name clearly posted, which was such a relief after a long flight. Would highly recommend! Side note: during booking, you need to select the area as well as put in the hotel name. It was totally my mistake, but I chose the wrong area (but right hotel), and it wasn’t until the day of arrival that I was told about this, and we had to pay more than the price we booked. My advice would be to contact the company to ask about which area to pick if you have any confusion. (When you’re not familiar with the city, it’s a little hard.)

4.00Our driver sent us a text to alert us he was waiting outside by the arrival areal. The driver input the wrong hotel to his Google Map. He realized his mistake, apologize and quickly input the correct hotel address to his Google Map. We arrived to the hotel and only took another 10 minutes.

3.00Driver could not speak English/ nor understood hard to communicate with him! He was holding a very little sign on school paper with line! Not very professional!! Would have missed him if we didn’t walk very very slowly!
