It was interesting to learn more about what happened in this aerea under the second world war. And to see the bridge and the river. The guide had a good clar voice. But it was a little the difficult to hear and understand him in the back of the car.

Overall, it was a great experience. We first visited the cemetery and a simple museum. Then all members of the group opted for the optional boat trip up the river to the train station. I especially enjoyed the train ride and the included buffet lunch. The drive back to Bangkok was extra long because of traffic but our guide (Rach) and driver tried to drop us close to our next destination.
