Hugo provided an exceptional experience in his new tasting room. It was both relaxing and educational as he guided the group through a variety of wines and vintages which were paired with exquisite snacks. You won’t be disappointed!

Hugo was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and made the evening very enjoyable. The wine was excellent. We had a variety of wines and there was something for everyone. The cheese was also excellent. The only reason I did not give this experience a 5 star rating is because of the location. The location was upstairs at a closed cheese shop. There was no air conditioning and no windows, and it was a little dismal.

Very knowledgeable Sommelier and a relaxed communication style. His choices of wine, including some incredibly aged vintages were the highlight (both in style and variety) - I drink a lot of French wine and yet, he was able to provide a new experience for my wine journey. The 89 white from Graves was exceptional!

This was a highlight of our trip. Hugo is a fantastic host. We all learned the essentials of French wine and cheese regions/types. The quality of the wines was better than expected and we thoroughly enjoyed the company of our small group (8 max). Highly recommended!
