1.00Provider to avoid. We raised the claimant yesterday to get the pick-up time, he never answered us... Result it's 9am and we're still at our hotel and we'll obviously stay there! We're gonna cross our fingers to get a refund now.

1.00I would have rated this 0 if I could. I received a confirmation with meeting instructions, and my credit card was charged. I went to the meeting place and waited for almost 3 hours. Nobody came. I sent messages, but received no response. I called the help line several times. Each time the call was dropped. I did receive a credit to my account. But it's been many days later and I have not received any apology or explanation. It ruined a vacation day.

5.00I had an unforgettable experience on the Berat and Osum Canyon tour with Gerti! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. The day started with a visit to Berat, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its stunning Ottoman architecture and historic charm. Gerti shared fascinating insights about the city's history and culture, making the experience even more enriching. Walking through the old town, exploring the castle, and admiring the "City of a Thousand Windows" was simply breathtaking. After Berat, we continued to Osum Canyon, one of Albania’s most spectacular natural wonders. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with towering cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking viewpoints. We had time to relax, take amazing photos, and even enjoy a refreshing swim in the river. Gerti was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about showing the beauty of Albania. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. If you’re visiting Albania, this tour is a must! I highly recommend Enles.al for an authentic and memorable experience
