The impressive mountain scenery and the beautiful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land will definitely fascinate you. A special bus and lift take you up to the Eagle's Nest at an altitude of 1,834m where you will be rewarded with spectacular views.

Our guide will give a comprehensive summary of the historical events and answer any questions. Afterwards, we will have a short stop in the town of Berchtesgaden.

The return journey via the German alpine road shows you the impressive valleys of Bavaria.

In the event of bad weather conditions (fog, ice, snow) which make a trip up to the Eagle's Nest impossible, we offer a longer visit in the documentation center and the town of Berchtesgaden.

Our tour guide was a white old lady who seems very formal & knowledgeable in Bavarian history. Unfortunately, she seems to be very strong with her personal opinions against America's role in WW2 history. Think it's best to be neutral & professional, if she wants to be a part of the tourism industry. We appreciate the driver's pleasant & skilled ways.

This was an excellent tour and our guide, Franchezka was knowledgeable, well organized and entertaining. In my opinion there was not nearly enough time to make our way thru the Documentation Center and to grab lunch. If doing again, we would opt to bring our own sandwiches to eat on the motorcoach.

On time, comfortable bus, great driver, and our guide was amazing (do not recall her name) but simply amazing. I read lots of reviews and I was a little unsure what to expect..but this one awesome. Only issue was too much tolerance for the morons who showed up late to the bus or without their money for the bus ride up the mountain...the instructions are CLEAR, if people cannot show up early or at least on time they should be SOL...basic courtesy....

Absolutly stunning. Views are amazing. Acces to the eagle's nest is remarkable. The bunker system must be seen. And our guide was very knowladgeable. Perfect day.

This was such a great trip. Highly recommend. Our tour guide Franziska was so knowledgeable and kind. She gave us an incredible amount of information from start to finish. On top of that, wow the view of the Alps is breathtaking! The entire drive in was beautiful and the sights from the Eagles Nest is awe inspiring. Highly recommend.
