I would like to review today’s tour. I strongly suggest the company contact the group members to get their feedback on how well the guide was understood. The guide was very professional and ensured everything went smoothly. The only issue was with the company’s allocation—our guide spoke Italian-accented English, which made it very difficult for us to understand. We also met two other groups whose guides spoke fluent, clear English, which highlighted the difference. It would have been better if the company had assigned a guide fluent in English for an English-speaking tour, which is especially important for today’s tour since there is little written information available on the website.
