1.00Doesn't exist. Do not give them money. We wasted 2 hours waiting for a bus that never came. It NEVER showed up. Go with another company when you actually SEE the bus. Never pay first.

1.00The buses weren’t running that day because there was a marathon but they still sold tickets for the day. That information was in an addendum that was available after you purchased tickets. They offered an additional days use in Berlin but we were leaving town. Lost over $300. Total scam

1.00DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR!! I booked this tour for me and my parents. They are elderly and have mobility issues so I thought a bus ride would be good so they could see the sights of Berlin. As directed in my ticket, we went to the bus stop. We were 25 mins early and waited for 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. No bus arrived. I paid over £70 for the tickets. I contacted Viator by chat and was told that as I had not downloaded the app they couldn’t help me. I told them that it was NOT a condition of sale that I downloaded the app. I had printed off the tickets as my phone does not hold charge well. I repeated several times that we were at the stop and the bus did not arrive I also asked several times for a copy of their complaints procedure and was told they couldn’t help me. The complete lack of customer service is appalling. I would not advise anyone to use this company. I would have given a zero stars if available
