The Time Schedule is Very Misleading

1.00We did not have a good experience and the instructions on Viator are not very clear. We booked the 24 hour trip and the site says the last bus from stop 1 (Alexanderplant) leaves at 4.15pm. We got on that bus to start our tour and 4 stops later (approx 15 minutes) we were told that the tours were done for the day and we had to get off the bus. So at that point we were about a mile from the start of the tour and had to take the subway back to our hotel. They said we could come back the next day, but we were leaving so that didn't work. Big Bus Tours should highlight when the buses stop running and not just start. This was not good at all.

5.00Big Bus has regular services, Red and Blue lines, great 90min walking around the Brandon Gate area finishing at Check point Charlie. Evening about 90min bus tour was good leaves at 6pm. OH! I had the 48hr premium pass, also got a free Berlin tote bag and wurst meal from a stall near Brandonburg gate area. Fabulous!
