4.00My friend and I had a wonderful day with our guide Mikel and two other visitors. The road to Bovilla lake was busy and parts are in a very bad condition but Mikel travelled safely. We travelled in his car which was sometimes challenged by the bad road. Mikel was warm and friendly and answered all our questions. He was very patient in Kruje when we strolled through the Kruje bazaar and castle. Overall and wonderful day 💞

5.00Michael was brilliant .. the most kind and patient tour guide I’ve met .. he picked us from our place and took us the lake .. we headed to Krujë afterwards and had a nice meal together .. visited the old bazar and the castle and headed back home .. this tour would be more enjoyable on a cool weather

5.00Elton was a tremendous tour guide with lots of information about the country the city and the tour areas. We enjoyed a fabulous day at the lake and in Kruja. Highly recommend Elton for any of the tours. He cares and he is quite hospitable.

5.00The guys on the tour were very prepared and helpful, the organization of the day was perfect, they let us go up calmly explaining everything and more to us during the coach trip, a few welcome bottles and an excellent lunch in a very nice city with a lot of interesting history. Next time I'll be happy to use the same agency 10/10

5.00Mikel was a very interactive tour guide and did not rush the tour. Parts of the Gamti mountain hike was challenging but Mikel was there to provide a helping hand. Once the hard work of climbing is over, you are rewarded with amazing views. Mikel also explained the history of Kruje Castle whilst giving us a tour guide of the museum.

4.00The tour itself was great but beginning was a mix up. The time was changed from 9 to 8AM. Info sent by Whatsup which I do not use. So received a call and I had to rush out without all I needed. The early roads were bumpy and the mountain road scary. I did no hike to look out because had not time to switch shoes and I am old. Beautiful mountains. Kruja Castle and bazaar were good and I bought a few small rugs. Guide Mario was great. Apparentlly guide not given client email so alternative to WhatsUp apparently not available. Many with country code +1 may not have WhatsUp.

1.00Completely disappointed with the tour we booked for September 2024. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by your company, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, we were informed the night before the tour that our pickup time had changed from 9:00 AM to 7:40 AM. This last-minute alteration was inconvenient and poorly communicated. Additionally, the tour was not pushchair friendly, which made it difficult for us to navigate the itinerary comfortably. As a parent of a 2-year-old, I found this particularly concerning, as the tour was advertised as being suitable for families with young children. Moreover, there was no prior organization or booking for lunch. We were unexpectedly required to pay for our lunch at a restaurant with the rest of the group, rather than being given the opportunity to explore and choose our own dining options. After discussing this with the tour guide, we opted to eat separately, which was a more suitable solution for our needs. On our return journey, we experienced added drop-offs for other passengers who had paid extra, which resulted in a delay of two hours. Consequently, the total duration of the tour was 11 hours instead of the 8 hours that had been advertised. Lastly, I found the tour guide's attitude to be unprofessional; he did not apologize for the timing issues and left before we returned to our hotel, which added to our frustration. Overall, this was a poorly managed tour, and I would advise others to reconsider booking with your company based on our experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements for future customers.
