5.00The tour guys were amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We did not anticipate the Food and Wine festival and had to search for a secure parking lot. Not from the area and unfamiliar as it was our first day in town, that became a bit hectic trying to find the new meeting spot...now rushing as the extra time we allowed ourselves was eaten up. The guys called us and stayed on the phone with me, assuring me everything was fine, until we spotted them...and we actually left on time! They were very gracious in making me feel better about that last minute rush and my husband and I both appreciated it.
