This tour takes you along the Lakefront bike path. Which you'll be able to experience the beautiful nature that surrounds the city skyscrapers. You will get a chance to ride Electric Bikes and see the city from a different vantage point.
It all begins navigating through our meeting point and going by the bike path to Navy Pier, Buckingham Fountain, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Museum Campus). As we admire the grounds and perfect location between the iconic skyscrapers and nature. We will then proceed and make our way over to the lakefront path. Riding along we will take you to a magnificent view of the skyline which is the best place for a photo shoot.
Afterward, we will take the lakefront bike path over the Chicago River. A quick ride back to our starting point ends the tour.

5.00We had a great time with Anthony. Riding the electric bikes made the tour more fun and less work. It was nice to see part of the city from a different view.

1.00Conflicting directions on the app for where to arrive and meet up. One address was a parking garage. The description said to find them near the Buckingham fountain; which was not near the 411 E Erie St meeting place. Yes, I went to both places and back to the first place about 12:50 to find no bikes or group or indication of a bike ride. Thus, I requested a full refund which I hope was granted. I have used Viator for many excursions and this was a famous first. Instead of accepting the confusion of two different sets of directions of where to meet up; I was found at fault for leaving the first location (the parking garage). My suggestion; arrive early and read everything in advance.

5.00Anthony was a wonderful guide! We had limited time for sightseeing, so this was the perfect tour to see the lake front highlights. The bikes were comfortable, easy to use, and cute!

1.00We booked this activity through trip advisor. Received my booking confirmation notifications, etc. We reported to the Buckingham Fountain meeting area at the specified time and found no bike station or tour representative. Called representative phone number a few times and finally made contact with Anthony(?), who apologized and reported that no one was available to give the tour. He stated that their operation was shut down for that week and that Viator should not have assigned us a tour for that date. He offered other options with other vendors, but since we were spending our last hours in Chicago, this was of no value to us. He did offer us a refund and I received notice of same. It would have been nice to receive an advanced notice of a cancellation, however.
