It was an excellent tour showing us the chocoate making process from pod to packaging. It also includes a brief history lesson, such as The Mayans would have chocolate at weddings etc. Fortunately it included samples of their home-made bars, (The Rum Caramel was rather special) and home-made ice-cream. The entire tour was intimate, only 5 of us that day so we each got special attention. I would recommend for children and even grown adults who love a bit of chocolate. Glad I went.

Have never done a chocolate tour before and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Derek was fantastic - very informative. That man knows a lot about chocolate! Very interesting. Learned so much about the whole process of making chocolate from scratch, even got to make our own chocolate. The samples were super tasty and the ice cream was a welcome addition at the end of the tour. Absolutely would recommend it to everyone!

Derek gave us a fascinating insight into what it’s like to run a boutique chocolate brand, from cacao bean to bar. There was tasting throughout which kept our younger one interested (although being darker chocolate it wasn’t necessarily her ideal) but seeing the machines working and tasting it at various stages held our interest. Perhaps younger ones wouldn’t enjoy it as much as the teens or grown ups. Still, she had a good time, as did we.

The taste of the chocolates was great. The explanation of the process was well-detailed. Best part, the ice cream tasting which is vegan friendly.

I loved learning about the chocolate making process from the owner Derrick. He’s definitely the Caribbean Willie Wonka.

Really cool experience learning the steps of making chocolate and watching each machine process. The history of chocolate and sources of cocoa beans from around the world was also intriguing. We got to taste all the different types of chocolate and stages of the process. I can't believe I actually had my fill of chocolate for the day! Finished off the tour with a bowl of ice cream. The shop is small so there isn't a lot of walking, most of the tour is sitting on a large stool and listening to the owner. My 10 yo daughter enjoyed it and participated in parts of the process. Overall wonderful experience.

Very informative, interesting, and tasty too. The making of chocolate is probably the best presentation I have heard. The range of samples is generous and the ice cream at the end is phenomenal.
