The whole time the view was great and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We stood outside the whole time so the wind blew so hard so you need a jacket or a sweatshirt.

Lots of Naval information. Very interesting and great guides as to what we were seeing. Learned a lot about San Diego and its navy history as well as present Navy ships
