Is This a Harbor Tour or a Walking Tour?

1.00We had to park a 10 minute walk from the listed address and upon arrival at the dock were told by a uniformed employee the boat was actually at another dock he described as a further 10 minute walk but was more like 20. So in all a 30 minute walk just to get to the boat. City Cruises employee Karen had zero sympathy that my 88 year old mother might not get to the dock by departure time and kept repeating "Sorry, no refunds".
