This was an excellent tour round most of the major places in the city. As a proud native of Glasgow l really enjoyed Luke’s very informative commentary, a mix of information and humour which l thought was pitched absolutely right. Brian was our driver on two of the stages and gave ample time for safe embarking and disembarking.

We had a good tour guide who communicated well. The problem was that we were not picked up from our last stop, which was the last one of the day, and had to cab it back to our hotel. I contacted support at the time and nobody has gotten back me.

Buses with live commentary were much better than the headsets. If we had the person doing commentary we would have stayed on longer and continued to use the service. We cut our day short.

The sales lady at start point said bus was full. Seats available up top! Another sales person said seats available if wanted to sit up top. ( it was overcast & chances of rain) We said up top was fine & us and others were allowed on.The lady talked via a microphone & fast & we were on open top and couldn’t hear when noisy outside. The bus went by areas fast & very hard to get good pictures. We do hope on/ off buses in many cities & this was one of worst. A better announcer & driver may have improved ext!
