3.00I saw that my booking was for the Red route, but we wanted to also use the Yellow route. I called customer service and the rep I spoke with said there was no option for the Yellow route, so we had to modify our plans. As it turned out, the Yellow route WAS running, so we could have kept our plans intact had we been given proper information. That was very inconvenient. Also, we planned to get on the Red Route at stop 20, which was described as School of Art. When we mapped that location it took us several blocks away from the actual bus stop. It put us behind schedule looking for the stop. Viator needs to provide more specific details on where the stops are located. Other than that the actual tour was fine. I appreciated the fact that the displays at each stop shows the time the next bus would arrive. We were able to successfully get off and on the buses we needed. The tour guides were knowledgeable and easy to understand.

1.00The bus dropped me off at stop 17 to see the museum and I waited for an hour for the bus to pick me up and it never arrived. I emailed customer service for the company and never heard back. I had to pay over 10 dollars for an Uber to just get to stop 1. I would not recommend this company when there are so many others to choose from.
