Ariana arrived early, tested us ahead of time to coordinate pickup which was seamless. She then found a ways around rush hour traffic to get us to our cruise ship in plenty of time to make our specialty dining reservation. Professional, personable, and quality service from end to end.

We actually used Car Buddy for 3 different events while in Reykjavik. 1) Private Pickup at KEF airport and transfer to our Reykjavik hotel, 2) Private transfer to Blue Lagoon and wait for 2 hours then transfer back to hotel, 3) Private transfer from hotel to cruise ship port. Adriana was early each time, was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We would definitely use Car Buddy again.

Sadly, Car Buddy left us stranded at the airport. They insisted that Viator cancelled the trip, but I don't know who was at fault. In any event, they were a no-show and the number to call went unanswered. On the bright side, there were taxis at the airport and after waiting a very long time for Car Buddy, we took a cab. To Car Buddy's credit, they were super apologetic and took us from the hotel to the airport at the end of our trip for free. They also offered any other free rides during the week, but we did not take them up on that.
