Participating in a cooking course does not only mean learning new local recipes, but also deepening the true culture, customs and habits of a food type.
- Starting from the Market, where the most important phase takes place.
Guide to the right qualitative purchase: Selection of "Zero Kilometer" products, knowledge of the fresh seasonal product and deepening on the various types of use in the kitchen.

Back at the restaurant all the participants will participate in the foreground throughout the preparation of Sicilian recipes, in a home-style just as per Sicilian tradition. Appetizers, first courses and second courses will be created with great family harmony all with a breathtaking view!

After the preparation, the participants will sit in their seats to start the lunch prepared by them accompanied by two local homemade wines.

5.0This was a great way to spend a morning and early afternoon in Taormina. First, we met Massimo at the main arch of Messina. Then he took us to the market where we learned quite a bit about how to select fresh produce, meats, and fish. Then we walked to his restaurant/lab where the staff had all of our workplaces ready to go. There were only four of us so it was a very busy and fun experience. We made several dishes and then ate them outside on the patio. The facility is clean and spacious with great views all around. I highly recommend this tour and you will not be disappointed!

5.0Chef Massimo is exceptionally knowledgeable & organized the class so we not only learned a lot, we participated a lot and then sat down to a great meal. The setting of his home is spectacular. All 6 of us would highly recommended this class.

5.0We had a very enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend spending half a day with Massimo. He really knows how to cook Sicilian food and is passionate about ingredients and techniques. He was friendly and well organised but he also kept a group of 16 tourists on track which was no mean feat! His tips and teaching were great and I learnt new things even though I cook a lot myself. His house is very well set up. The food at the end was delicious and the wine was excellent too. Thanks for a memorable day Massimo!!
