There are many enthusiasts who write to us for information on our Cooking Lesson. Our Cooking Class in Catania is aimed at those who want to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, discovering the unique flavors of our land, in a welcoming and stimulating environment. Each participant will be involved in the preparation of island dishes that can easily be replicated at home. Sicilian cuisine directly from Catania to your home!!!

The Cooking Class is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people and lasts more or less 3 hours.

Learn the art of preparing dishes from our island tradition and discover its unique flavors and influences with a cooking class that will introduce our gastronomic culture in a different way. It will be engaging to fasten your apron in Catania and prepare our caponata, spaghetti alla norma rolls with the guidance of a professional chef and taste our legendary cannoli. Finally, it will be nice to sit down with other friends to enjoy the excellent dishes that you yourself have prepared, in a stimulating environment where you have fun cooking, all combined with a good bottle of Sicilian wine... This was a very hands-on cooking experience in a local’s kitchen. Our instructor spoke great English and our host/owner spoke minimal English. However, she was gracious and engaged with us as she was able. The food was OUTSTANDING, and it was a perfect introduction to the cuisine we would encounter on our Sicilian adventure.

Excellent small group experience with wonderful tasty food. We prepared several dishes including dessert. Great wine also! 20 euro taxi ride each way to/from cruise port to kitchen.

The chef and her helper were wonderful. They both were professional, and encouraging as we cooked our different dishes. We started with eggplant caponata, then spaghetti with red sauce, and for dessert made the filling for canolli. Everything was delicious!
