Cu Chi Tunnels

7:30-8:00 AM – Pick up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Cu Chi (about a 1.5-hour drive). – Arrive at Cu Chi Ben Duoc Tunnels. • Watch a short documentary about the tunnel system • Explore the underground tunnels, hidden bunkers, trapdoors, and weapon factories • Learn how the Vietnamese soldiers survived and fought during the war • Taste the special boiled cassava with tea — the local wartime snack

Depart for Tân Lập Floating Village, located in Long An Province (approx. 1.5 hours). – Enjoy a Vietnamese set lunch at a local riverside restaurant. – Visit Tân Lập Floating Village: • Walk along the peaceful wooden bridge path through the cajuput forest • Take a boat ride along the canal to explore the serene landscape • Climb the observation tower for panoramic views of the wetlands – Depart back to Ho Chi Minh City. – Arrive at your hotel. Fantastic day out exploring the Cu Chi tunnels and visiting the floating village area of the Tan lap. Our tour guide 'Tri' was brilliant in both his persona and his knowledge of each area. Great day trip all round and would definitely recommend.
