The tour operator arrived with space for 2 people instead of 21. They then sent 2 cars that arrived at the hotel at 17:20. The last car arrived at past 18:00

The driver Abdul was very pleasant and did his best to make the experience enjoyable. However, it was very disorganized when we actually arrived at the safari location. Our group did not have a designated seating area. The driver had to essentially beg the people working the event to find us seats. We were seated apart at different tables on pillows on the floor; sitting on the floor would not have been a problem, but it was advertised as comfortable seating. We arrived at the safari location in a separate car from our driver. We had no idea what to do or where to go. He arrived later on another vehicle. By the time he arrived it was time to sit to see the show. I did not experience riding the camel, there were no sign of where or if sand boarding was taking place. My ticket stated the ticket included sand boarding; however, it was no where in sight. The dune bashing was tame and not as good as a safari tour I had taken 2 years ago with another group. Getting the food was very disorganized with so clear instruction and way to many people. My last safari with another group had us seating on chairs, the food was better, it was a smaller affair where we could experience longer dune basking, henna tattoos, a short camel ride, hoka lounging for free, delicious food and a nice intimate show without having to fight off thousands of people. All in all, I met very nice people within the group and the driver was excellent. Abdul worked very hard.
