Next, explore the Bridge of Freedom, a historic site where war prisoners once crossed after the Korean War, and view the rusted Steam Locomotive, symbolizing the tragedy of division. Passing by Imjingak Peace Park, guests board a bus bound for the DMZ, undergoing an ID check by the Korean military. The highlight is entering the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, secretly dug by North Korea and discovered in the 1970s. Equipped with safety helmets, visitors descend into the tunnel to walk part of its 1.6 km length, getting a close look at one of the most dramatic reminders of ongoing tensions.
