Great experience! Expect to do a little bit of a workout. There’s a 7-10 min hike up to the bridge, down (5-7 min) and up (7-20 min depending on fitness) to the tunnel back up, and shorter 3-5 min walk up to DMZ zone. Tunnel is very low so if you’re 6 feet tall it might be tough to get through but they give you a hard hat and even as short as I am 5’2 I managed to hit the ceiling of the tunnel a couple times. Definitely wear comfortable shoes, clothing, water and maybe food.

It was a great tour and Patrick made our day. Tour is so informative and totally worth all of it. We started early, so there was ample time to look around and also to purchase North Korean bills, coins and stamps. etc. Highly recommend for all who are planning a tour to DMZ.

Patrick was our guide and he was great. We were able to see so much. It was a full bus but he made it feel comfortable and took care of everyone. I would recommend to my friends if they want to visit the DMZ.
