1.00I booked a cruise with transportation from the hotel. I got a series of vague answers why they couldn't pick us. Reaching the venue our booked seats were given to someone else. It was a total mess. I will give credit to the good food and customer service of the dinner workers was good.

2.00Very disappointed! Simply Nothing luxury about this. Tight space (not couple’s friendly - my partner and I had to share table with 4 other people) expected better food choice and quality. It’s more suitable for entry level family experience.

1.00SORRY, to say never again, transfer 60 minutes late, a Jack Sparrow boat ISN'T what i booked,, food wasn't for us ,i didn't eat anything my wife did and suffered for it £10 for a airline size can of beer and £10 for fresh ××××warm orange juice,,,wishing I'd never seen the advert,,,on a good point I did receive a partial refund after 4 complaint messages.
