  Very nice experience with nice and friendly staff. Food and refreshments were good and enough. The only downside was that the pool and slide was advertised as part of the package but we didn’t have it. It is important to have available everything is on advert otherwise tourists loose trust in your services.

  You sent us the wrong time for Friday had to go back on Saturday and it ruined our plans I would like to hear back from you on why this happened?

  No slide. No pool. No snorkel. Completely misold this excursion. Very disappointed. Leading to our child being deeply upset by not being able to do anything the excursion offered and we basically just sat on a boat for 3 hours. When asked by the Viator about the lack of fun things (as promised) being there, the captain lied and said none of us wants them which is ridiculous as a few of us booked spcifiacally for them and asked when we got on the boat.

  Went with my husband and 3 kids, youngest age 4. We had a blast. Lots to eat and drink. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Will recommend.

• Decent boat and activity. Lacking customer empathy from tour operators.

  I'm a travel agent who scheduled approximately 15 clients to take part in this fun experience. Unfortunately, a few were not able to board on time due to the local cab driver dropping them off at the marina as opposed to the harbor. After walking for awhile and finally understanding they were in the wrong location, they had to secure another taxi to make it to the harbor which was about 15 mins away. The Captain waited an additional 5 mins past the time to set sail but it did not afford them enough time to board, unfortunately. Three (3) were able to take a mini yacht and catch up to the remainder of the group while two (2) were defeated by the disappointment of missing the board time and decided to find another activity. The mini yacht did incur an additional cost but the three (3) were happy to catch up to the group. I explained the situation and requested a refund for the two (2) who were unable to make it due to no fault except the local taxi driver. Considering my group was the majority on the board, the delay was not their fault, we are tourists unaware of the destination error, and we had to pay to get on a different yacht, it would have been great to have a courtesy given the situation. The yacht and experience were decent enough but this would have been more enjoyable had we not run into a series of misfortunate events. I wouldn't recommend it.
