We really enjoyed this tour as it had just the right amount of delicious dishes mixed with history from a local guide. Lee, our guide, was super knowledgeable and was a really fun guide! I would definitely recommend this tour!

  • Great Way to see Less touristy parts of Dublin

This tour can include up to 12 people. We had 8. Our tour guide, Karen, did a good job of arranging our food visits before had. The line to the ice cream store was very long but we were able to get our ice cream right away because she preordered. She accommodated for our dietary restrictions ahead of time. It highlighted typical Irish dishes. She talked a lot about witchcraft, ghosts and haunted buildings which was different.

We had such a wonderful time on this walking food tour — it was the perfect way to kick off our trip to Dublin! Karen G, our guide, was fantastic — knowledgeable, warm, funny, and clearly passionate about both food and the city itself. She made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming, like being shown around by a local friend. Each stop had its own charm and flavor (literally), and we appreciated the mix of traditional Irish bites and modern favorites. Karen shared not just what we were eating, but the stories and culture behind it — plus a few great restaurant recommendations for the rest of our trip. We always try to start vacations with walking food tours in other cities (it's a great jet lag deterrent), and this one really stood out thanks to Karen’s energy and the thoughtful curation of the route. Highly recommend booking this early in your stay — it gives you a great lay of the land and a delicious start to your time in Dublin!
