We had a private bike tour with our guide, Roberto who was very knowledgeable, kind and energetic. Valencia is a city that is friendly for cyclists. They have their own dedicated bike lanes and traffic signals and cyclists have priority over motorists, which makes it pretty safe. With this tour you will definitely see lots of the city and is well worth it. You will cycle through the city streets and in the local parks, passing by several landmarks and highlights of the city like the opera house and science centre. If you are an avid cyclist and fit, you will have no problem with this tour. However, for someone like me who is middle aged, who is not physically active and haven’t ridden a bicycle in ages, I found the tour to be a little bit taxing, especially towards the end. I think 90 mins was enough for me. Ha! Having said that, it is still do-able and enjoyable, just be forewarned it can be pretty physical, if you're not up to it.

Our Tour Guide, Africa, was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, even added in a quick swim for us. I would highly recommend this tour bike company.
