1.00This was the first bad experience I’ve had with a Viator tour! And I’ve used them for many times. We had a very short ride out to the water where Erik parked the boat waiting for the sunset for like an hour and a half?!?! There was no explanation of anything along the coastline, no ride to the cove, and when one of the passengers asked, he said he didn’t have time?!? The paella was just ok! We didn’t have a lot of time in Valencia, wasted 2 plus hours doing this! Very disappointing, and I’d like to know how I get a refund!

5.00Captain Erik and crew were wonderful! Clear, timely communication before the cruise helped us get to the location easily and on time. We were a group of 7, and our dietary and activity requests were happily accomodated. We had a wonderful time. Paella was delicious--we had chicken Paella and vegetarian. All group members enjoyed this fun, easy, and unique activity. They helped us celebrate one of our group member's birthday. Captain Erik was friendly and fun, and we had a great time. HIghly recommend!
