What To Expect
Maria Theresien Square
Maria-Theresien-Platz is a large public square between Ringstrasse and the Museumsquartier. Facing each other from the sides of the square are two twin buildings, the Natural History Museum and the Art History Museum. Square is decorated by the grand statue of empress Maria Theresa.

5.00Had the best experience with Dace on our small group walking tour in Vienna. It was a very cold and windy day and Dace took us into a lot of buildings to warm us up. Her knowledge of Vienna was amazing and she kept the tour fun and entertaining. Highly recommend!

5.00Our guide Giselle was truly excellent. Made it super easy to follow and had heaps of information. She was happy to offer other recommendations for our trip which was great. We visited heaps of places on the tour but it was at a comfortable pace. Definitely worth doing if it’s your first trip to the city!

5.00We enjoyed our time with Dace in the old city. She guided us through the major sites that we were expecting to see, but she also showed us places that we never would have seen on our own, like the Last Supper mosaic at the Minoriten church that was an incredible work of art. She showed us how the Hofberg evolved over time and pointed out WWII history was well. It was a well rounded tour delivered by an engaging person.
