1.00It was a total disaster not what I’d booked and I’m asking for a refund! Had amazing meal - High Tea - there last year for my birthday and booked this Evening meal as a celebratory meal for my best friends 60th birthday. However, not being able to be dropped off at the Armani Hotel as last year being turned round and dropped off at the Mall to have to walk through the car park and then queue for approximately 1.5 hrs eventually getting in crowded lift to L124 only to then be told you need to go down again! Then trapsed through back way to the Almani and taken to restaurant which was not the restaurant I believed I’d booked. We were there alone in the restaurant there were more staff than guests! Drinking water out of a plastic beaker, plastic water bottle on table not my idea of luxury. Not asked if we’d like a drink or even coffee after our meal! Friend has problems walking and after all the queuing and additional walking now can’t walk today so a day of our holiday lost! I could go on but seriously DO NOT BOOK!
