Lost Reservation and Lack of Refund

1.00My friends and I did not experience dining at the Burj Khalifa because I recieved a message two hours before our reservation that Dubai Egy Travel couldn't locate my tickets. They said they could refund the cost of the tickets or reschedule the reservation, but my time was limited, and I could not reschedule. I asked the front desk at the Burj Khalifa, and they said they never recieved the confirmation from Viatar with a QR code. As of today, I haven't received my refund of $990 that was supposed to be processed on March 21, 2025, which I need ASAP. I would like to know what the delay is. This last minute communication of not finding tickets that I purchased well in advance was unacceptable and disappointing, and my friends and I missed the opportunity for an amazing experience. Please contact me immediately with an explanation and a timelime for when I will recieve the $990 I paid in advance before I need to take legal action.
