Badly organized tour on the part of Sky Tourism! A real let down Viator! The driver was late by 1.5 hours! I called that morning to confirm the time and was told we would be picked up between 3.15pm and 3.45pm. At 4.15pm Hotel called them again to learn that the driver is late and he is on his way. We were finally picked up at 4.40pm. We missed the sunset because of that. He was a nice guy - but drove erratically with his eyes on the 3 mobile phones talking, sending massages or checking almost all the time all the way to the desert - felt very unsafe. Not only he was terribly late we stop at some shops for water and souvenirs - there was no need for that - we were standing and waiting for I don't know what in an extreme heat, the little shops weren't air-conditioned. Utterly unnecessary waste of time where people obviously trying to sell you things! We were dropped off after the dune bashing at the camp without any directions where to go, what to do, what is available to take a part in - he just told us where tea, coffee and water was and instructed us to seat anywhere we find an empty table, thank you and disappeared. The show and the food at the camp was good but we felt it was a pandemonium in the heat and sand! Would not recommend to use this operator again!

So many things to do and see. The sand dune driving was exhilarating with our skilled driver. Was able to ride a camel, get a henna tattoo and enjoy many different types of food. Some of the experiences weren't clearly marked so we missed out on the photo in traditional Arab clothing. We took photos with a bird of prey, but weren't told until afterwards that it was a paid offering so that was awkward. The belly dancing, fire dancing and spinning tanoura shows were excellent, however it was during when the buffet was served so you had to choose between them. We chose to watch the shows and missed out on many of the buffet items as the food trays weren't refilled once empty.

Beware of the hard sell at the gift shop upon exiting the venue. We were asked to get out so that the tires could be properly inflated and hearded into a gift shop and given the hard sale with items over priced by 3 times what they were priced in the city! Good dune bashing but if I had to do this again I'd go elsewhere.
