Up there with one of the best experiences. As someone obsessed with Highland Cows and anything farm related, this experience might have been up there with one of the best days of my life! Standing in a muddy field giving neck scratches to baby highland cows and the other highlight the little rouge pigmy goat who followed us all round the field for food 🤎 What a great day, could have listened to Fenwick talk about life on a farm and looking after highland cows all day!

Fantastic day out which was made better by the beautiful weather. The farmer and the lady in the shop were very friendly and so informative. We got lots of time with the highland cows to take photos and interact and learned a lot about them. Feeding the goats and visiting the other animals was a great bonus.

We did the one hour Highland cow experience. This was very unique and a great time. The farmer was funny and knowledgeable, he made this so much fun. We rode the tractor to the field of around 20-30 cows, many calves. We were able to get close and pet the calves. We learned a lot and really enjoyed this.

Great visit from start to finish. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Our age range was from 11 months old to 55 years old. There is plenty of room to have a picnic. Absolutely loved going on to experience and meeting the highland cows. Highly recommended

Had just a fantastic time today even with the damp weather. The young lady that met and greeted us was so friendly and told us all about the farm etc. Enjoyed feeding animals. The trip around the farm in the trailer to see the highland cows was a dream come true, seeing them in their natural environment wandering free was fantastic. Going back to the barn we were able to pet the new born calves and lambs. This day was tremendous

Very well organised and family friendly experience. Bought as a gift for my wife and from the moment we got out the car we were greeted by friendly farm animals. Staff were amazing with our children. Great facilities on site for cleanliness. There was all a great little play area for the children. Highly recommended

As a retired farmer I know the pressures and problems facing farmers nowadays and the Jacksons' couldn't do more to engage with the public. Their animals are obviously very well cared for with each being typical. Goats, noisy and boisterous and cheeky, lambs innocent and friendly, sheep wary, and toffee coos who didn't really care about anything except food! A great hour or so back on the land seeing these great animals in their natural environment. A safe route for walking, a farming family that knows their animals and just a great hour or so in day
