Welcome to our cooking and pastry school in the heart of Versailles, near the Notre Dame market, the most beautiful market in the Ile de France. Here, all questions are welcome and all levels of patisserie enjoyment are catered for. Our head pastry chef will show and guide you in the making of delicious French pastries: crème brûlée that's both melting and crunchy, moist financiers with hazelnut butter and airy chouquettes. You can enjoy them on the spot with a cup of tea or coffee, as you wish. This is not a masterclass. The recipes are designed so that you can make them at home without any problems.

It is completely hands on and not just a viewing demonstration. A very easy walk from any of the train stations. Competitively priced compared to the similar baking classes in Paris. Highly recommend.
