4.00Friendly and safe driver. Were disappointed to have to wait 30 minutes for her arrival after a red eye flight. We do recognize that our flight was late, however the service as purchased included flight monitoring so I’m not sure why we had to wait.

5.00We booked a private return transfer for 6 people from the airport to our hotel in Reykjavik. I had done my research and this company came recommended and lived up to expectations. The booking process was extremely easy and they contacted prior to both pick ups a couple of days before, via WhatsApp, to confirm the details, which is very reassuring. They responded to any enquiries extremely quickly too. The return trip was equally efficient. They were there shortly before our scheduled time and it all went extremely smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and would definitely look at booking trips too.

5.00From start to finish Best Tours made our trip to Iceland easier. It is very difficult trying to book for a disabled spouse. Despite not having a disabled accessible vehicle available to pick us up, Best Tours still provided a vehicle large enough for us and our wonderful driver DJ never once made us feel like we were a burden. Best Tours Iceland is run by professionals who understand Customer Service and I highly recommend them.

5.00My family and I were picking up a cruise in Iceland and were staying for 2 day prior to visit. The transfer was great and our driver was kind and patient. I'll had a little difficulty with my phone connecting to the local network but once it did, I was able to speak to the driver and he found us very quickly. He had a chat with us and gave us a little history and some insight on local foods on the way to our hotel. We would definitely book with you again when we come to visit for a longer stay. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

5.00Didzis made our arrival seem less. His communication with regard to the details made it easy to find him. The trip from the airport took almost an hour but the time flew by while he gave us an entertaining commentary of the important sites in the area. He was Great!
